Pancuronium (bromide hydrate)

Pancuronium bromide is a potent non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent that antagonizes muscle-type nicotinic acetylcholine receptors with high affinity (IC50 = 14.8 nM) . It is widely used in research for in vitro electrophysiology studies and in vivo models to investigate neuromuscular junction function and to potentiate anesthetic effects, such as those of isoflurane.
