Carbonic Anhydrase IX (CA9, Membrane Antigen MN, Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC)-associated Antigen G250)

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 °C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot and store at -20 °C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes human Carbonic Anhydrase IX. Does not crossreact with recombinant mouse CA9 or with recombinant human CA1, 2, 3, 4, 5A, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 13 or 14 in direct ELISA.
