LAG-3 (Lymphocyte Activation Gene-3, FDC Protein, CD223) (PE)

May be stored at 4 °C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 °C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4 °C. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.

Recognizes murine lymphocyte activation gene-3 (LAG-3). Recognizes an epitope within the D2 domain of CD223. Reported to block the in vitro function of murine LAG-3 but studies suggest that the antibody does not block binding of LAG-3 to MHC class II.
