GM 1489
GM 1489 is a broad-spectrum matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) inhibitor effective against multiple MMP isoforms, including MMP-1, MMP-2, and MMP-9. It suppresses cancer cell invasion in vitro and demonstrates anti-inflammatory activity in vivo by inhibiting phorbol ester-induced skin inflammation and hyperplasia in mouse models.
