TCR, V beta 10 (T Cell Receptor)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes rat T-cell receptor V beta 10 gene product. Approximately 4.2% of unseparated LEW lymph node cells were detected by this clone. Reactivity is restricted to alpha/beta T cells, of which 6.7% labeled (1).
