Specificity
Recognizes the 1 subunit of rat, sheep, pig and dog Na+/K+ ATPase-. Detects a band of ~110kDa by Western blot. Does not cross-react with Xenopus and chicken Na+/K+ ATPase- 1 or with rat Na+/K+ ATPase- 2. Recognizes an epitope between aa 496-506 of sheep kidney Na+/K+ ATPase-.
