Recognizes the N1170AEpYLRV motif corresponding to the major autophosphorylation site of human, mouse, rat and dog EGF receptor. Does not cross-react with the non-phosphorylated human, mouse, rat and dog EGF receptor or with unrelated Tyr-phosphorylated proteins.
