Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 2, phosphorylated (Tyr1175) (VEGFR2, KDR, Flk-1)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. 

Recognizes endogenous levels of human VEGFR-2 at ~230kD only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 1175. Does not crossreact with other phosphorylated receptor tyrosine kinases. May crossreact with VEGFR1. Species Crossreactivity: Mouse
