SAPK, JNK, phosphorylated (Thr183 Tyr185) (Stress-Activated Protein Kinase, Jun-terminal Kinase)

For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for up to at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes endogenous levels of human p46 and p54 SAPK/JNK dually phosphorylated at THR183 and TYR185. Does not recognize endogenous levels of phosphorylated p44/42 MAPK or p38 MAP kinase.
