ATPase, Ca (Plasma Membrane, PMCA)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. 

Recognizes all known (currently four) isoforms of human plasma membrane PMCA ATPase. Recognizes an epitope between aa724-783 of human APTase, Ca. Species Crossreactivity: rat, mouse, sheep, canine, monkey, rabbit, feline, chicken, amphibian
