Chloroguanabenz (acetate)

Chloroguanabenz is a guanabenz-derived α2-adrenergic receptor agonist with antiprion properties. It has been shown to inhibit prion formation in yeast and mammalian cell assays and reduces levels of soluble and aggregated Htt48 in a Huntington's disease cellular model, supporting its research use in neurodegenerative disease studies.
