Gilvocarcin M
Gilvocarcin M is a DNA-intercalating antibiotic isolated from Streptomyces gilvotanareus. It exhibits in vitro antibacterial activity against S. aureus and cytotoxicity against KB cells, though it shows no in vivo efficacy in a P388 leukemia mouse model.
