StA-IFN-1
StA-IFN-1 is a selective inhibitor of the interferon (IFN) induction pathway with an IC50 of 4.1 μM, analogous to TPCA-1. It suppresses IFN-β mRNA without affecting downstream ISG expression, making it a useful tool for dissecting innate immune signaling in vitro.
