Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 2, phosphorylated (Tyr951) (VEGF R2, Flk1, KDR, Receptor Tyrosine Kinase)

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. 

Recognizes human VEGF receptor 2 only when phosphorylated at Tyr951 at ~230kD. May crossreact with activated VEGF receptor 1, but does not react with other related tyrosine phosphorylated tyrosine kinases. Species Crossreactivity: mouse
