LAG-3 (Lymphocyte Activation Gene-3, FDC Protein, CD223)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes murine lymphocyte activation gene-3 (LAG-3). Recognizes an epitope within the D2 domain of CD223. Reported to block the in vitro function of murine LAG-3, but studies suggest that the antibody does not block binding of LAG-3 to MHC class II.
