Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor, phosphorylated (Tyr1068) (erbB, EGFR)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. 

Recognizes endogenous levels of human EGF receptor at ~175kD only when phosphorylated at Tyr1068. May recognize other activated EGF receptor family members (ErbB2) and crossreacts slightly with activated PDGF receptor. Species Crossreactivity: mouse and rat
