Specificity
Recognizes endogenous levels of c-Kit protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr719. This antibody crossreacts with tyrosine-phosphorylated PDGF receptor but does not crossreact with other tyrosine-phosphorylated family members. Species Crossreactivity
