ErbB2, phosphorylated (Tyr877) (c-erbB2, HER2, neu Oncoprotein)
Product Specifications
NCBI Gene ID
2064
Reactivity
Human
Storage Conditions
May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Specificity
Recognizes endogenous levels of human ErbB2 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 877 at ~185kD. May crossreact with other ErbB family members (e.g., EGF receptor) when their homologous tyrosines are phosphorylated, but it does not crossreact with other tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins. Species sequence homology: mouse and rat.
