ABC34
ABC34 is an inactive control compound for the AIG1 inhibitor JJH260. While it shows weak activity against AIG1-mediated 9-PAHSA hydrolysis (IC50 >25 μM), it exhibits greater potency against the off-target serine hydrolases ABHD6 and PPT1. This probe is useful for in vitro studies to distinguish specific AIG1 inhibition from other hydrolase activities.
