Coumarin Boronic Acid pinacolate ester

Coumarin boronic acid pinacolate ester (CBE) is a soluble probe for detecting reactive oxygen and nitrogen species, including peroxynitrite, hypochlorous acid, and hydrogen peroxide. Upon oxidation by peroxynitrite, it is converted to fluorescent 7-hydroxycoumarin (Ex/Em 332/470 nm), enabling its use in both in vitro assays and in vivo imaging studies of oxidative stress.
