Nexinhib20 is a small molecule inhibitor of exosome biogenesis and transport, targeting RAB27A and nSMase2. It exhibits anti-inflammatory activity by suppressing neutrophil adhesion and β2 integrin activation through Rac1-GTP interaction antagonism, as demonstrated in vitro with human neutrophils.
