p70 S6 Kinase, phosphorylated (Ser371) (p70 S6K)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Detects endogenous levels of human p70 S6 kinase only when phosphorylated at Ser371. This antibody also detects p85 S6 kinase when phosphorylated at the analogous site (Ser394) and possibly S6KII beta phosphorylated at Ser370. Species Crossreactivity: mouse and rat.
