May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes human and mouse PKCm/PKD when phosphorylated at Ser742. Does not cross react with PKCa [pT497], b I&II [pT500], g [pT514], d [pT507], e [pT566], i [pT403], h [pT512], th [pT538], or z [pT410] as determined by peptide competition experiments.
