Protein Kinase C eta (PKCeta)

Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20 °C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes Protein Kinase C eta [676-683] and the reactivity of Protein Kinase C delta [662-673] is less than 0.1%. Does not react to Protein Kinase C alpha [664-672], Protein Kinase C beta1 [662-671], Protein Kinase C beta2 [660-673], Protein Kinase C gamma [681-689], Protein Kinase C epsilon [728-737], Protein Kinase C xi [480-492], Protein Kinase C theta [700-706], ACTH (human, 1-39), ANP (human), Calcitonin (human), Somatostatin 28 and Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide.
