RJW100 is a potent small molecule agonist of nuclear receptors LRH-1 (NR5A2) and SF-1 (NR5A1), with pEC50 values of 6.6 and 7.5, respectively. It also activates the miR-200c promoter, making it a useful research tool for studying metabolism, steroidogenesis, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition in cellular models.
