Caspase 3, Cleaved (Asp175) (CPP-32, Apoptain, Yama, SCA-1)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes cleaved human Caspase 3 (Asp175). Detects endogenous levels of the large fragment (17/19kD) of activated caspase-3 resulting from cleavage adjacent to Asp175. Does not recognize full length caspase-3 or other cleaved caspases. Detects non-specific caspase sunstrates by Western Blot.
