LeuRS-IN-1

LeuRS-IN-1 is a potent, orally bioavailable inhibitor targeting leucyl-tRNA synthetase. It demonstrates activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis and exhibits anti-leukemic and anti-malarial properties in research models, including inhibition of protein synthesis in HepG2 cells.
