Phosphatase, Alkaline, Intestine (HRP)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 °C. Stable for at least 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes human alkaline phosphotase. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum as wel as purified and partially purified alkaline phosphatase (human intestine). Crossreactivity against alkaline phosphatase from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined.
