QS-21-Api
QS-21 is a potent saponin adjuvant that enhances both humoral (Th2) and cellular (Th1) immunity by engaging APCs and T cells. It also activates the NLRP3 inflammasome, inducing caspase-1-dependent release of IL-1β and IL-18. This makes it a valuable tool for vaccine research in both in vivo and in vitro immunological studies.
