FATP1-IN-1 is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of Fatty Acid Transport Protein 1, effectively blocking its intrinsic acyl-CoA synthetase activity with IC50 values of 0.046 μM (human) and 0.60 μM (mouse) . This tool compound is widely used in metabolic disease research, including in vitro assays and in vivo models, to study lipid metabolism and insulin resistance.
