Protein Kinase C, gamma, phosphorylated (Thr514) (PKCg)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes human PKCy when phosphorylated at Thr514. Species sequence homology: mouse and rat (88%) PKCy have not been tested, but are expected to react. PKCa, i, z (75%), bI, bII, e and h (63%) may cross-react in cells expressing high levels of these proteins.
