HBDDE
HBDDE is a selective inhibitor of PKCα and PKCγ isoenzymes (IC50 43 μM and 50 μM, respectively), derived from ellagic acid. It demonstrates pro-apoptotic activity in neuronal cells and is used in research to study PKC signaling in neuroscience and cancer biology.
