Recognizes human Protein Kinase C, iota and lambda when phosphorylated at Thr555 and Thr563, respectively. Peptide competition suggests crossreaction with Protein Kinase C, zeta [pT560] (83% homologous) and partial crossreaction with Protein Kinase C, betaI [pS642] (58% homologous) and Protein Kinase C, gamma [pT655] (43% homologous).
