Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor, phosphorylated (BSA and Azide Free) (Tyr1068) (erbB, EGFR)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Detects endogenous levels of EGF receptor only when phosphorylated at Tyr1068. Does not recognize other sites of tyrosine phosphorylation on EGF receptor. Does it crossreact with other tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins. Species crossreactivity: Human, mouse and rat.
