Cyclotriazadisulfonamide hydrochloride

Cyclotriazadisulfonamide hydrochloride is a selective small molecule inhibitor of HIV entry that specifically targets CD4. It functions by blocking the co-translational, signal peptide-dependent translocation of CD4 into the endoplasmic reticulum. This compound is used in vitro to study HIV-1 entry mechanisms and host protein translocation processes.
