Ladostigil hemitartrate (TV-3326) is a brain-targeted dual inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase (IC50=31.8 μM) and monoamine oxidase-B (IC50=37.1 μM) . Its additional neuroprotective, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties support its research use in models of Alzheimer's disease and depression, both in vitro and in vivo.
