Tyrosine Hydroxylase, phosphorylated (Ser31) (TH, TYH, Tyrosine 3 Hydroxylase, Tyrosine 3 Monooxygenase)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes rat Tyrosine Hydroxylase, phosphorylated (Ser31). The antibody recognizes a protein of 60kD corresponding to TH phosphorylated at Ser31 in lysates of PC-12 cells stimulated by okadaic acid.
