Ziftomenib
Ziftomenib (KO-539) is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of the menin-MLL protein interaction. It is used in leukemia research, demonstrating antitumor efficacy in both cellular assays and in vivo models of MLL-rearranged and NPM1-mutant acute myeloid leukemia.
