Dirocaftor
Dirocaftor (PTI-808) is a CFTR potentiator that enhances chloride channel activity to augment CFTR protein function. It is a research tool for studying cystic fibrosis, with applications in both in vitro electrophysiology assays and in vivo models to investigate CFTR rescue and therapeutic mechanisms.
