Diflomotecan (BN 80915) is an orally bioavailable topoisomerase I inhibitor with improved plasma stability and potent preclinical antitumor efficacy. It is used in cancer research for investigating chemotherapy mechanisms and has demonstrated activity in both in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo tumor models.
