Storage Conditions

Specificity

Recognizes Nicotinic alpha5 receptor (aa460-468) at ~75kD and the reactivity of Nicotinic alpha5 receptor is ~95%. Does not react to Nicotinic alpha3 receptor, Nicotinic alpha4 receptor, Nicotinic alpha7 receptor, Nicotinic beta2 receptor, Nicotinic beta3 receptor and Nicotinic beta4 receptor. Specific for the COOH terminal of nicotinic alpha5 receptor.
