Bexotegrast
Bexotegrast (PLN-74809) is a potent, orally bioavailable dual inhibitor of αvβ6 and αvβ1 integrins that blocks TGF-β activation. Its antifibrotic properties are being investigated in preclinical and clinical research for fibrotic lung diseases, including idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and nonspecific interstitial pneumonia (NSIP) .
