M-808 is a potent, covalent small-molecule inhibitor that disrupts the Menin-MLL protein-protein interaction with high affinity (IC50 = 2.6 nM) . It is a valuable chemical probe for researching MLL-rearranged leukemias and has demonstrated utility in both in vitro biochemical assays and in vivo xenograft models.
