AP14145 hydrochloride

AP14145 hydrochloride is a potent and selective negative allosteric modulator of SK2 and SK3 channels (IC50 = 1.1 μM), with activity dependent on S508 and A533 residues. It demonstrates antiarrhythmic efficacy by prolonging the atrial effective refractory period in vivo, including in Vernakalant-resistant models of atrial fibrillation.
