MS33
MS33 is a potent, VHL-based PROTAC degrader of WDR5 with Kd values of 870 nM for VCB and 120 nM for WDR5. It induces proteasome-dependent degradation and is a valuable chemical probe for studying WDR5 biology in acute myeloid leukemia research, both in vitro and in vivo.
