Caspase 3, Full-length (CPP-32, Apoptain, Yama, SCA-1)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes full-length Caspase 3 (Yama/Apopain) at 32kDa and proteolytic fragments as demonstrated after in vitro cleavage of recombinant Caspase 3. Crossreacts with human, mouse and rat.
