Myosin, Smooth Muscle, Heavy Chain 2 (MHC-2)

May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes the heavy chain of myosin II found in vertebrate smooth muscle. Does not crossreact with myosin of skeletal or non-muscle origin. Species Crossreactivity: vertebrates.
