IgG F(ab')2, X-adsorbed (Biotin)

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 °C. Stable for 12 months at -20 °C.Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes Mouse IgG F(ab')2 fragment. Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-goat serum, mouse IgG, mouse IgG F(ab')2 and mouse serum. Does not crossreact with anti-pepsin, anti-goat IgG F(c), mouse IgGF(c). Species Crossreactivity: Does not crossreact with bovine, equine, human, rabbit, rat and sheep serum proteins.
