PROTAC PD-1/PD-L1 degrader-1 is a heterobifunctional small molecule that induces lysosomal degradation of PD-L1 (IC50 = 39.2 nM), thereby blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 immunosuppressive axis. It restores T-cell function in co-culture models and is a valuable tool for investigating targeted protein degradation in cancer immunology research, both in vitro and in vivo.
