Sinbaglustat
Sinbaglustat (OGT2378) is an orally bioavailable, brain-penetrant N-alkyl iminosugar functioning as a dual inhibitor of glucosylceramide synthase (GCS) and non-lysosomal glucosylceramidase (GBA2) . It is a research tool for investigating lysosomal storage disorders like Gaucher disease and related neurodegenerative pathologies in both cellular and animal models.
